Brónagh McHale · Málaga

I build the brand, make the creative and buy the media.

Same person, start to finish. That is the whole pitch.

01 / The wall

Everything expensive happens at the wall.

How it usually works

Two people. Two halves.

Creative handed over, never built to be tested.

The buyer sees what is losing. Cannot reshoot.

How I work

One person. All three jobs.

Creative built for the auction, frame one.

Losing ad? Reshot by Thursday.

Not a people problem. A structure problem. You are allowed to not have it.

02 / What I do

Three jobs that are really one job.

01

Branding & content strategy

Deciding what the brand says before anyone spends a euro saying it.

We settle what you sell, who wants it, and the handful of things worth saying out loud. Written in language a camera can use, not a deck.

  • Positioning & offer
  • Message angles to test
  • Content direction

02

Creative built to be bought

Content made to survive a cold audience, not just look right in the grid.

Made with the auction in mind: the first two seconds, the hook, the reason a stranger stops. Built in variants, so a test compares ideas, not moods.

  • Short-form & UGC-style
  • Hook-first variants
  • Native to the feed

03

Meta ads & media buying

Running the account, reading it honestly, changing the creative that is losing.

Structure, budgets, audiences, what gets killed and what gets fed. Because I made the creative, the fix is never an email to another supplier.

  • Account structure & setup
  • Testing & scaling
  • Plain-english reporting

Where I stop

I do not do your website, your email, or your SEO. If one of those turns out to be the actual problem, I will tell you plainly, and I will tell you just as plainly that it is not my job to fix it.

03 / The loop

What the account learns, the camera hears.

Most setups can only change the budget. The person reading the numbers is not the person holding the camera, so the only lever they can pull is spend.

When the same person does both, the loop closes. A losing hook becomes a reshoot, not a report. A winning angle becomes next month’s brief, not a screenshot in Slack. This loop is the entire reason to hire one person instead of two.

BRAND CREATIVE AUCTION LEARNINGS SAME PAIR OF HANDS

04 / The format

Shot for the feed
A cold drink in golden Málaga light on a rooftop table
Built to stop a thumb
A brand moodboard with colour chips and fabric swatches in hard sunlight
On brand before it runs

Vertical first. Made for the feed it will actually run in, not adapted to it afterwards.

05 / How I work

Five steps, none of them a discovery workshop.

01

You talk, then I go and look

A proper conversation, then I go through the account, the spend and the content. I come back with what I think is really going on, including the parts you will not enjoy.

02

Agreeing what the brand says

Positioning, the offer in plain words, the first angles to test. Short, and written down.

03

I make the work

Creative built in variants against those angles, each one testing a single idea.

04

I buy the media

Kill what is losing, feed what is working, keep the structure clean enough that the numbers still mean something.

05

The loop

What the account learns goes straight back into the next round of creative. See section 03; it is the whole point.

06 / Proof

The work, right now.

Current projects. The numbers land here once they are cleared to publish - until then, ask me on a call.

07 / About

Irish, working out of Málaga.

I am Brónagh. I kept watching good creative get ruined in ad accounts nobody would explain to the person who made it. So I learned the other half.

It is me you talk to and me who does the work. A few brands at a time, no team behind the curtain.

“The ad account tells you what your brand is actually saying. Not the brand book.”

08 / Straight answers

What does it cost?

Priced per brand, after the first call. And I will say plainly if I am the wrong spend for you.

Who actually does the work?

Me. That caps how many brands I take on, on purpose.

Do I have to be in Málaga?

No. Strategy and the account are remote by nature. The light here is just better.

What results do you promise?

None in advance. A number promised before seeing your account is a guess. I promise the work, the truth, and fast changes.

09 / Contact

Tell me about the brand.

What you sell, what you have tried, and what is annoying you about it. That is enough to start with.
